The Pezziol company traces its roots back to the late 18th century in Padua, becoming one of Italy’s most established producers of liqueurs and spirits. Its mint liqueur — bright green, intensely aromatic, traditionally served ice-cold — became a fixture of Italian bars and households, particularly valued as a refreshing digestivo after meals or as a cooling drink in the heat of summer.
