Vintage winter sports hiking poster, Val D’Aosta
Vintage world travel poster of the Val D’Aosta a district in north western Italy.
This vintage retro travel poster features a man and woman with ice picks and snow covered mountains in the background. The original illustration was by Gino Boccasile in 1946-47 . It and it encapsulates the glamour of travel in times gone by.
The poster has been carefully digitally restored by an artist remove any major signs of wear and tear and to refresh the original colours, retaining the vintage character of the poster.
